Compost making is like cooking. We all have our favourite recipes with our own techniques, secret tips, and special ingredients. Like cooking we can experiment, and in the end, we will produce something either exceptional or needing more work - if you are a beginner or an expert, there will always be something to learn. Come and talk to Sean Lovegrove, one of our senior growers, and he will explain how we make compost. He will talk through how to start building a heap, how to spot potential problems, how to resolve them, and how to know when it is ready for use.
