About this experience

Celebrate the arrival of soft fruit season with us at a time when fruit is ripening in abundance on bushes and strawberries are starting to come through. We will walk through our fruit growing areas with Dor Harel, Development Chef at Heckfield Place, and our Head Grower Jane Scotter, discussing soft fruits in cooking, how we preserve fruits using less sugar and marrying ingredients to bring out the essences of the fruits, and Jane will share her expertise on soft fruit growing and answer any questions you may have.
