Spring Seed Sowing Workshop - Saturday 19th April

About this experience

This hands-on workshop will show you how to sow seeds, pot up, pinch out, and build a bean frame. You'll go home with what you sow, including a range of plants from herbs and salads to summer vegetables, and flowers - enough to kick start a small vegetable garden with a considered selection to minimise the amount of ongoing maintenance required.

Expect to grow some of our Heckfield Favourite varieties such as climbing yellow French beans, lovely lettuces, courgettes, and tomatoes as well as flowers including marigold, calendula, and sunflowers.

All seeds and equipment will be provided. Please wear warm clothes and bring your own gardening gloves if you have them.
