At Heckfield Home Farm, we believe the future of regeneration starts with education, connection, and community.

Through immersive experiences, we welcome local schools, community groups, and learners of all ages to explore our farm, understand sustainable agriculture, and reconnect with nature. Our dedicated team shares knowledge about growing nutritious food, caring for animals ethically, stewarding the land responsibly, and the numerous career paths in this sector helping to inspire the next generation of environmental stewards. We're proud to partner with local schools and community organisations and are always inspired by their experiences and the insights they share.

Country Trust

"Our Farm Discovery Days at Heckfield Home Farm provide unique opportunities for children to experience the countryside and make connections between the land and where their food comes from. Watching children stand face to face with cows in the roundhouse, totally mesmerised, before going on to sample milk produced on the farm has been a highlight. One teacher remarked on how being on the farm allowed them to see pupils in ways they do not usually see them at school - observing them engage and express a sense of curiousity. The team at Heckfield Home Farm are very welcoming and generous with both their time and knowledge. Their passion, combined with the variety of animals and food grown, makes visits valuable and memorable for pupils."

Hart & Rushmoor Young Carers

"Our partnership with Heckfield Home Farm has brought tremendous value to our Young Carers Service, enriching the support we are able to offer. To date, the junior group visits have provided many of our young carers with a rare opportunity to enjoy hands-on experiences in nature, learn about farming practices, and enjoy a day away from the responsibilities of their caring roles. For many, it has been a chance to simply be children again - free to explore, discover and connect. We are now excited to extend this opportunity to our older members with educational visits designed to inspire and inform, giving young carers the chance to explore potential career pathways in agriculture, and to gain insight into how Heckfield Place and Home Farm collaborate to offer an exceptional guest experience."

Green Oaks Federation

"On behalf of Greenfields Junior School, I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for your incredible outreach work. We are genuinely touched by the support and dedication you have shown to our school community. Your fantastic team have completely transformed what was once an underused courtyard into a vibrant and beautiful orchard. We are thrilled with the results and know that this space will provide our students with countless opportunities to learn, explore, and connect with nature."
